Gregor Bajt – Founder & Creative Lead of BravoBajta
Gregor Bajt is the founder and creative lead of BravoBajta, a collaborative platform delivering goal-driven team building, experiential learning, and organizational development for domestic and international companies.
With an interdisciplinary background spanning fine arts, education, and human development, Gregor brings a structured yet creative approach to working with teams and leadership groups. He received formal training in fine arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice and pursued further professional education in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Slovenia. In parallel, he completed postgraduate studies in education and brings substantial experience in designing and facilitating learning and development initiatives for both individuals and teams.
At BravoBajta, Gregor leads the design and facilitation of artistic, sports, cultural, educational, and scientific team-building programs, as well as conferences, seminars, corporate celebrations, and group and individual coaching. Each engagement begins with a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives, ensuring that every experience is aligned with strategic goals rather than functioning as a stand-alone event.
BravoBajta does not operate as a traditional third-party provider. Instead, it works in close collaboration with the client organization, integrating into the company’s culture and development process. By approaching the organization as a whole — including leadership, teams, and internal dynamics — BravoBajta acts as a collaborative partner, contributing directly to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Gregor’s work focuses on helping organizations:
Strengthen collaboration and communication
Increase engagement and ownership within teams
Support creative and strategic thinking
Enable teams to navigate change and growth effectively
Through a combination of structured facilitation and creative methodology, BravoBajta supports companies in taking their next step with clarity, alignment, and shared purpose.
