More clarity. Greater confidence. Space to be yourself.
Mental Fitness & Creative Coaching with Gregor Bajt
You can care deeply, aim high, and build a meaningful life while treating yourself with greater understanding.
Through Positive Intelligence® mental fitness practice and the BravoBajta creative approach, I help you recognize the patterns that hold you back, reconnect with your strengths, and turn insight into everyday action.
For people navigating responsibility, change, and the desire to grow.
You get things done. Yet inside, it can feel like you’re never doing enough.
You finish a demanding day, but your mind keeps working.
You replay a conversation. Question a decision. Say yes when you need space. Put off something important because you want to get it exactly right.
People rely on you. You have experience, ideas, and something valuable to contribute. Yet there are moments when self-doubt, overthinking, or the need to stay in control make everything heavier.
Perhaps you recognize yourself here:
You find it difficult to switch off without feeling guilty.
You hold yourself to standards you would never impose on someone you love.
You avoid a conversation, then carry it around for days.
You know what matters to you, but everyday demands keep taking priority.
You want to express yourself more openly and trust your own voice.
These are useful starting points for our work together.
What would change if you could trust yourself more?
Imagine approaching a difficult conversation with curiosity and a clear sense of what you need to say.
Making a decision without repeatedly putting yourself on trial.
Taking a meaningful step before everything feels perfect.
Being present with the people you love, with more attention available for the moment you’re actually in.
Our work focuses on developing that capacity: recognizing what is happening within you and choosing a response that serves your values, relationships, and goals.
Mental fitness meets creative exploration.
My approach brings together three connected elements.
Positive Intelligence® practice
A framework for noticing unhelpful mental habits and practising more constructive responses to everyday challenges.
Personal coaching
Focused conversations about your real life: the decisions, relationships, responsibilities, and changes that matter to you.
The BravoBajta creative approach
Sometimes an image or a simple creative exercise makes something visible that has been difficult to put into words. You don’t need artistic experience. We choose ways of working that fit you and the question you’re exploring.
Understanding the method
Notice the pattern. Create space. Choose your response.
Positive Intelligence®, developed by Shirzad Chamine, describes recurring patterns of self-sabotage as Saboteurs. These might show up as harsh self-judgment, perfectionism, approval-seeking, or a persistent need for control.
The practice develops three connected abilities:
Recognise your Saboteurs
Notice when an automatic pattern is influencing your thoughts and actions.
Strengthen your attention
Practise redirecting your attention so you have more room to choose how you respond.
Access your Sage
Develop empathy, curiosity, creativity, a sense of direction, and purposeful action—the five Sage powers.
We apply these ideas to situations you recognise from your own life.
From understanding yourself to practicing something different.
1. Discover what keeps repeating
We begin with what brings you here. Together, we explore your challenges, strengths, and the patterns that may be getting in your way. A Saboteur Assessment can provide a starting point for that conversation.
2. Practise in everyday situations
Through coaching, creative exploration, and mental fitness exercises, you practise responding differently. We work with real moments: receiving feedback, setting a boundary, preparing for a conversation, or taking a step you’ve been postponing.
3. Build on what works
We review your experience, recognise progress, and adjust the practice. The aim is to make what you learn increasingly available when you need it.
A structured foundation, with space for your individual journey.
Our work brings together:
The foundational program in the Positive Intelligence® app.
Personal coaching connected to your goals and circumstances.
Creative exercises using the BravoBajta approach.
Reflection on how your patterns appear in everyday life.
Practical next steps to explore between sessions.
We agree on the format, rhythm, and duration before we begin.
For people ready to bring more awareness into how they live and lead.
You may be an entrepreneur carrying the weight of decisions. A leader supporting a team. A creative person finding your voice. A parent balancing responsibilities. Or someone standing at a turning point.
This work may be a good fit if you want to:
Understand your reactions with greater honesty and compassion.
Communicate your needs and boundaries more clearly.
Meet uncertainty with greater flexibility.
Make room for creativity and a stronger sense of direction.
Practise new ways of responding between coaching sessions.
You can arrive with questions. We’ll work together to give them shape.
I offer a space for thoughtful conversation, fresh perspectives, and practical work on what matters to you.
I’m Gregor. Creativity and human development run through my work.
My path has taken me through teaching at the Waldorf School in Ljubljana, photography and filmmaking, art direction at Zootfly, and technical direction at Viba Film. I’m also a father to a wonderful daughter.
Across these different roles, I’ve remained interested in how people discover their strengths, express themselves, and find ways forward.
Through BravoBajta, I bring creative exploration into personal and shared development. My coaching combines that experience with Positive Intelligence® mental fitness practice.

No. We begin with your current situation and introduce the approach step by step.
-
No artistic skill is required. Creative exercises are a way to explore and express your experience. We adapt them to your comfort and interests.
-
Recognising a pattern gives us a starting point. Coaching and regular practice help you explore what to do when that pattern appears in a real situation.
-
The work includes coaching sessions and practice between meetings. Before starting, we discuss the program requirements and agree on a rhythm you can realistically sustain.

This is coaching and mental fitness practice. It does not replace psychotherapy or medical or mental health care.

A conversation you keep postponing. A decision that feels heavy. A part of yourself you want to express more freely.
