The objective was to build a cohesive and interconnected team across seven distinct units operating in seven European countries. At the BravoBajta TeamPowering event, employees of Business Solutions expressed their sense of belonging and loyalty through a creative process, contributing to a shared canvas after discovering their unique creative imprint.

The event also included a photography workshop that encouraged the expression of belonging, captured positive team energy, and fostered interpersonal connections among employees. The closing gathering, accompanied by music and a live band, further strengthened the sense of unity, trust, and belonging to the broader European IT ecosystem of Business Solutions.

Participants at the BravoBajta TeamPowering event co-created a large-scale artistic composition, writing the name of Business Solutions over two hundred times in their unique handwriting. Through this symbolic act, they embedded their individual identities into the company’s shared visual narrative, strengthening a sense of belonging, continuity, and collective purpose.
