The business objective of Klančar Žerjavi was to design an event that would establish effective communication channels between three key segments of the organization: field operations, service, and administration, in alignment with leadership. At the BravoBajta TeamPowering event, employees engaged in a series of creative and interactive workshops—painting, filming short videos, participating in a nature-based treasure hunt, and connecting through music and a photoshoot in a relaxed environment.
The event strengthened understanding of diverse working realities across the organization, reduced communication gaps, and reinforced a sense of collaboration and belonging. As a result, the organization is more aligned and responsive, better equipped to deliver complex projects and meet the high standards of the construction sector.
During the film workshop, employees from different sectors collaborated on the creation of a joint short film, effectively bridging communication barriers present in everyday business processes.
